Super X in launnie! A must see event.

World class supercross championship, the Monster Energy Super X, will host the third round of its seven round 2010 series at the Aurora Stadium on Saturday October 30, following the huge success of its first Tasmanian race in 2009.
                                                                                                                                                                           
Once again almost 6,000 tonnes of dirt will transform Aurora Stadium into a full sized USA designed supercross track for some of the best supercross riders in the world to compete on.
 
International riders confirmed to compete include:
-      Red Bull Honda’s Davi Millsaps (USA); Third in this year’s AMA World Supercross series
-      Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX’s Justin Brayton (USA); Fifth in this year’s AMA World Supercross series
-      Jagermeister KTM’s Mike Alessi (USA): Currently seventh overall in the AMA Pro Motocross series
 
Also competing will be all of Australia’s best including CDR Rockstar Yamaha’s Jay Marmont, Rockstar Motul Suzuki twins Matt and Jake Moss as well as young gun JDR Motorex KTM’s Tye Simmonds.

Enduro next saturday 29th!

After a minor quiet spell after the state round were starting to wind up again with our Enduro's and Grass Tracks. Next weekend we have our first enduro of the year at Briant park/Track which should see half a new track and heaps of fun there will be juniors as normal would like to see some more junior numbers tho! so mums and dads we need volunteers so come along and bring the kids with there bikes! Scrutineering at 9am finishing at 10am for a 10.30am junior start which will finish at 12.30pm with senior scrutineering at 10.30am finishing at 11.30am for a 1pm start. Encouraging all quads to come along and have ago! Quad scrutineering will start at the same time as the 2wheelers and will start the same time as the 2 wheelers. Solo 2 wheelers will be 3 hours pony express will be 4 hours and  juniors will be 2 hours and quads will be 2 hours solo and 3h hours pony express. So it all sounds like heaps of fun to me and i would to see everyone there!   contact TJ 0429948208 for further details.
 

New Table Top!

Well we all got abit excited and changed the track finaly! for those that did the easter club day you would have experienced the new table top! sorry about the up ramp angle up to dinner it got abit exstreem! but after a few minor works she all come together i've had abit of a chance to make it even better over the weekend so should be spot on for the weekend. Some may have noticed that i have changed the first corner and fixed a few other problems on the track along side an awesome bunch of volunteers! the track wouldn't be possible without all these guys so thanks fellas!.
 

Enduro cancelled! Special Club Day instead on Saturday the 27th

  Unfortunatley we had to can the enduro due to a few issues and a good cause came up in its place!. So instead we will be holding a Club day at the track all grades of motorcross welcome including Quads!. Scrutineering starting at 7.30am to 8.30am and racing starting at 9am. Racing will be completed at the latest 5. and then we will be having an alcohol licence and sandra will be doing food and hopefully some form of music which will go until late prob about 12ish. There's no BYO as all profits will be going to a good cause. So i would love to see a huge turn out if we can. Any further questions give me a buzz on 0429948208 or 0364521113 TJ.

Practice nights every monday night!

    Follow the success of the last 2 monday nights i have decided to continue on with the Moday night practices starting at 5pm!, $10 to ride if you have MA licence and Club Membership other wise you will need to  get a day licence and membership. BBQ and drinks after BYO.
